1. The filling machine adopts servo ball-screw system to drive the piston cyclinder, which can fill high viscosity material, such as Shampoo, Oil, Sauce, Ketchp, Honey, Lubricant oil, etc.

2. Manually give bags, Automatic filling, caps loading, feeding, screw capping and products diacharge, in order to save man power and reduce cost.

3. High efficiency, dozens of pouches can be filled and capped at the same time.

4. Revision device of photoelectric sensors are installed in the machine. if cap jam in the machine, it can timely alert operator to inspect and adjust the equipment in order to avoid waste.

5. PLC control system and touch screen, easy operate.

6. According to customer’s demand, filling volume and speed can be sellected with different cylinder size and filling nozzles number.
